About

Why Listyco exists

We spent years inside luxury real estate on the Costa del Sol, running agency marketing, selling developments, building the tools sales teams actually use. Everywhere we looked, the same problem: the industry runs on fragmented data, duplicated listings, opaque relationships and software assembled from tools that were never designed for property. The people doing the work deserve better, and so do the people buying and selling the most important asset of their lives.

Listyco is our answer: one platform where an agency runs its entire operation, owners see what is really happening with their property, and buyers browse verified inventory, all reading from the same canonical record. Transparency, veracity and automation are not features here; they are the design constraints everything else obeys.

We build it in Marbella, in one of Europe's most competitive luxury markets, and we use it ourselves every day. The journal is part of the same conviction: a source-led library on Spanish property where every figure is traced to a named primary source. For enquiries, write to lead@listyco.com.

Who's behind it

Rais Rafikov

Co-founder · Technology

Rais builds the platform: the agency OS, the portal, the data pipelines and the AI layer. Before Listyco he led marketing technology for luxury real-estate sales teams on the Costa del Sol, and he edits the Listyco journal, every figure traced to a named primary source.

Rafkat Rafikov

Co-founder · Market & Data

Rafkat spent more than a decade proving that in ultra-prime real estate, marketing is the engine of the sale. He built Drumelia’s marketing operation into a team known across Europe and led the campaign behind Villa Cullinan in La Zagaleta, at €32M then Spain’s most valuable home. He has worked all three sides of the market: agency, developer, and now data.

Pier Tommaso Chirico

Co-founder · Product

Pier designs how Listyco feels: the buyer journey, the agent workflows, the owner windows. His background spans luxury property marketing across Italy, the UK, Spain, France and Austria, for both developers and agencies, positioning, narrative, and the follow-through that turns interest into commitment.
