1. About these terms

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of listyco.com (the "Site"), operated jointly by RFKT S.L. and PTC Capri S.L. ("Listyco", "we"). By using the Site you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. See also our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

2. What Listyco is

Listyco is a property-discovery platform for the Costa del Sol. We index and present listings and developments and put interested buyers in contact with the relevant agency or our team. Listyco is not a party to any property transaction and does not act as your estate agent unless separately agreed in writing.

3. Property information & accuracy

Listing information (prices, areas, features, availability, images and descriptions) is sourced from third parties and our own market-data service and may change or contain errors. It is provided for general information only, does not constitute an offer or contract, and must be independently verified with the responsible agency before you act on it. Floor areas, plot sizes and prices are indicative. We give no warranty that any property is available or that any detail is accurate or current.

4. Acceptable use

• Use the Site only for lawful, personal, non-commercial property research.
• Do not scrape, harvest, copy or republish listings or content at scale, or use automated systems to access the Site, without our written permission.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, probe or gain unauthorised access to the Site or its systems.
• Provide accurate information when you submit an enquiry.

5. Intellectual property

The Site's design, brand, text and original content are owned by Listyco or its licensors and are protected by law. Listing imagery and data remain the property of their respective owners and are shown under the arrangements that permit it. You may not reuse them except as allowed by law.

6. Enquiries & third parties

When you submit an enquiry we may contact you and may pass your details to the relevant agency or our sales team so they can respond, as described in the Privacy Policy. Any subsequent dealings are between you and that party.

7. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Listyco is not liable for any loss arising from reliance on Site content, from property decisions, or from the acts of any agency or third party. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including consumer-protection law.

8. Availability

We aim to keep the Site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may change or withdraw any part of it.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; the current version and date appear at the top of this page.

10. Governing law & contact

These terms are governed by Spanish law, with the courts of Málaga (Spain) having jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer rights. Contact: lead@listyco.com.
