Rafkat Rafikov is a luxury real-estate marketing strategist who has spent more than a decade proving that in the ultra-prime segment, marketing is the engine of the sale, not an accessory to it. He built Drumelia Real Estate's marketing operation from a one-person desk into a fifteen-strong team known across Europe, led the digital campaign behind Villa Cullinan in La Zagaleta, at €32M then Spain's most valuable home, and has worked all three sides of the market: agency, developer and, today, his own firms. At Listyco he leads market data and intelligence.
